Dr. Lemar T. White completed a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, FL. He began working as a Financial Auditor for Berkowitz, Pollack & Brant in Miami, FL and then became an Internal Auditor with Tyco International in Princeton, NJ.

During his Internal Audit career at Tyco, Dr. White successfully completed an MBA degree from Texas A&M University- Commerce and an Ed.D. from Northeastern University. Dr. White helped Tyco build its anti-bribery compliance program and then went on to do the same for Pentair Management Company. In 2014, he joined Google to manage the company’s global anti-bribery due diligence program. He now serves as the Head of Inclusive Learning and Development in Google’s People Operations Department. Dr. White is responsible for delivering meaningful content to advance education and understanding around inclusion, belonging, and allyship. While working for Google, Dr. White further pursued an MS in Human Resource Management, an MS in Management Information Systems and an MS in Accounting all from Wilmington University. A true life-long learner, Dr. White is currently a student in the Master of Science in Education Learning Analytics program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Because of his passion for education and love for teaching, Dr. White has taught at several colleges/universities over the past thirteen years, including Middlesex College, Georgian Court University, Wilmington University, Florida International University, Santa Clara University, and American University. He teaches in the areas of accounting, business, compliance, education, ethics, human resources, leadership and management.

Dr. White sits or has sat on several boards including the Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School Board (former Board Chair), FIU Alumni Association Board of Directors (current Secretary), and from 2019 to 2022, he served as the President of the Washington D.C. Black MBA Association.
